Billing / Costs
  • ACCSSA Subscription is dependent on your Company size, and is determined by the number of your Companies branches, irrespective of the number of actual Users. 
    • i.e. Number of branches x R199 excl VAT, per month
  • Subscription to be paid monthly in advance via EFT
  • Billing is done on the 20th, with payment due by month-end.  
  • Unlimitted scanning is provided free of charge! 
  • There are no hidden costs!
  • Subscription can be terminated at any time, without notice.
  • Rates are adjusted annually in November.
